Can I have a catalog sent to me?
Yes. Click here to request a catalog for yourself or for someone else. We do include a catalog in every order. Click this link – at the bottom of the page choose the option: “Please send me a Catalogue”
Is your online shopping secure?
Absolutely! Your credit information and personal data is secure when shopping on the Carry Me Babies® website. Our web site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. To verify your connection is secure, check the bottom of your browser window on your status bar and you should see an unbroken key or a closed lock. That tells you the SSL is active and your information is secure.
What is your privacy policy?
Carry Me Babies® takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorized information stored in our customer database with any third party. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the billing of phone orders and Internet purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes. You can place your order by phone by calling a Carry Me Babies® customer service representative at 1-705-560-7801 available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
I’m unsure if my online order went through. What should I do?
Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from Carry Me Babies®. If not, then contact a Carry Me Babies® customer service representative either by phone 1-705-560-7801 or by email service@CarryMeBabies.com. Our representative will track your order and verify if Carry Me Babies® has received it.
How much is shipping?
U.S. Orders - All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-10 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Purolator International Delivery for a next business day delivery. Rush Orders requesting Express Post USA Delivery should be received within 1-3 business days.
International - Presently, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship via Canada Postal Service or Purolator International and you should receive your order in 2 business days, Xpresspost International delivery times are 5 to 7 business days, Air parcel delivery is approximately 6 to 10 business days. The most efficient carrier International orders are usually received within 4-5 weeks.

What is your money back guarantee and return policy?
We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we send you, let us know. We will immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee they will be 100% free of defective materials and workmanship. If not, you may return your product in original condition within 30 days for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.
Our return policy
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your T-Shirt(s) and Doll or Pet to us within 30 days of the date you receive your product, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the Canadian Postal Service). Products must be returned in original condition (no worn or washed shirts accepted). Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating whether you'd prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. Also, please give a reason as to why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped. If requesting a refund of a product in perfect condition (no manufacturing defects or order processing errors), we will refund the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping.
We recommend that postal insurance is purchased when returning products. The Canadian Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. With no insurance, If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund.
Cancellations and changes must be made by the close of the same business day you place your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (Canadian orders only) within 7-10 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Priority Courier. Rush Orders requesting an Express Delivery should be received the next business day. Our standard method of shipping is Expedited Parcel. However, from time to time we also use Fed Ex and Purolator. It may take us a little longer during the busy holiday periods. If you are in a great hurry, please send us an email after placing your Priority Courier order and we will do our best to give your order special attention. Request Orders will be considered for immediate processing.
For international shipments, we ship via Canada Postal Service's Global Priority Mail. International orders are usually received within 4-5 weeks. If your country is not listed in the Country pull-down menu, please email us.
Is everything in stock all the time?
We normally keep enough shirts on hand to fill each and every order. However, from time to time, we do run out of certain products, although it's the exception not the rule. You will be notified by our customer service department via email to let you know the status of your order and any potential delays.
How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?
